download and install
http://www.wampserver.com/en/
 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679

click wamp button on status bar ->local host->phppgmyadmin->database->create new->hpdb1

download
https://wordpress.org/

copy wordpress folder to c:/wamp/www/
rename as hpweb1 ->c:/wamp/www/hpweb1
next lest go->dbname=hpdb1, uname=root, password=blank ->ok->run install
title=Hasaranga Prasad, uname=admin(good to change to another) set pw, email-> install

http://localhost/hpweb1/
go profile->change nick name as hasaranga
